Yadi Caro

Yadira "Yadi" Caro is a Harvard-educated organizational psychology practitioner, professional speaker, and author who helps teams master the human skills needed for the future of work. She is the founder of Hardcore Soft Skills LLC, a platform dedicated to helping professionals develop the critical, and often overlooked, human capabilities that determine whether teams truly thrive.

Yadi's core message is captured in the name of her work: soft skills are anything but soft. She calls them Hardcore Soft Skills precisely because mastering communication, empathy, collaboration, motivation, and feedback requires navigating discomfort and facing challenges with intensity.
