Dealership AI now reaches customer communication, service scheduling, technician workflow, sales follow-up, marketing, inventory, data, security, and management reporting. The Summit exists to move the conversation away from abstract capability and toward a tougher standard: will this work in a real store, who owns it, what can fail, and how will the dealership measure the result?
The 2026 in-person event takes place at the MIT Museum in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on September 24. The room is intentionally capped at 300 operators so the format can prioritize useful discussion over conference-floor volume.

Our guides are produced for automotive retail operators. The team draws from the Summit agenda, dealership workflow research, primary industry sources, regulatory guidance, and the practical questions operators bring to sessions and vendor evaluations.

Content should help a dealer ask a better question, set a baseline, design a safer workflow, evaluate a vendor, or decide what to do next. We do not publish keyword variations that add no operational value.

Clarity over certainty theater.
We prioritize regulators, standards bodies, first-party industry research, and direct event material. Vendor research may be cited when it is the source of a claim, but commercial evidence is labeled and not treated as independent proof. Estimates, checklists, and decision frameworks are presented as planning tools—not guaranteed business outcomes.
