About Ben Chodor
Ben Chodor is the CEO of CallRevu, a leader in automotive conversation intelligence that helps dealerships capture, measure, and act on every customer interaction across phone, text, chat, and beyond. A growth-focused, AI-native enterprise and SaaS executive, he brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise communications, technology, social video, and digital health.
Before joining CallRevu, Ben served as President of Notified, a communications cloud for events, public relations, and investor relations. He is also a serial entrepreneur who has founded or co-founded three companies: the telehealth platform CareTalk Health; Happtique, a digital health mobile application marketplace acquired by SocialWellth; and Stream57, a digital media and webcasting company acquired by West Corporation. Along the way he has testified before the U.S. Congress on the FDA's role in digital health and authored a book on transitioning to virtual and hybrid events.
At CallRevu, Ben champions a simple but demanding idea: dealerships can't manage what they can't hear. By scoring the full volume of customer conversations rather than a small sample, dealers can coach more precisely, spot compliance risks earlier, respond faster to leads, and turn everyday phone calls into measurable revenue. He is a frequent voice on customer obsession, execution, and the responsible use of AI in retail.
Recognized as one of PR Week's 25 Leaders of Tech in 2022, Ben serves as an independent board member for multiple organizations. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and is based in the New York City area.
